Artistic counter-mapping projects develop critiques of colonial knowledges and articulate contemporary indigenous geographies and lifeways. Dylan Miner works with Indigenous and Latino youth on both sides of the US-Canada border, to build mobile serigraphy units and screenprinted pennants based on Indigenous notions of place. The pennants are then hung through the region, remapping the territory known as Anishinaabewaki (Indigenous Land).
